About Me

Painting for about 25 years, I started while flying for United Airlines. While I was a traveling the world, I was able to paint the people and places that inspired me. I began taking art classes in McKinney, Texas and soon joined Southwestern Watercolor Society (SWS) Dallas, Texas. As I became more involved, I volunteered to be in charge of workshops and anything else that allowed me to grow as an artist. I served as SWS President and Exhibition Chairperson, attained Signature Status. While living in Colorado Springs I was in Gallery 113 and member of Pikes Peak Watercolor Society and The Colorado Watercolor Society.
I recently moved from Roseville, CA and had joined the The Folsom Art Association, Rocklin Fine Arts and The Lincoln Art League. These groups help to aspired me to further my involvement in the local art world. I will be participating in the 29th Annual Placer County Studio Tour this year in November. Please visit their website at www.placerartiststour.org of additional information.

In September 2024 we moved back to Colorado Springs and just finished being invited as a guest artist at the fabulous True North Art Gallery in downtown Colorado Springs located at 31 Bijou St. I recently became a member with the Pikes Peak Watercolor Society, where I was a member previsously when we lived her in The Springs 3 years ago.
